Inside Spectacle

One by one, you are invited to look inside, not to enter. An instant of voyeurism, driven by curiosity. Inspired by the legend of Lady Godiva, and the spectacle of the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver. The work is a metaphor of what are we suppose to see or told to see, and inevitably how we percieve things through mediation. “Inside spectacle” is part of “Exterior Private Places ( 09)” a series of installations and performances that revise the position of the viewer as an active participant, and attempt to break the perceptions of private and public.
